GMMMSR provides essential services for cancer research including the production of transgenic mice through pronuclear injection, the creation of knockout and knock-in mice via gene targeting in embryonic stem cells, and the development of CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing models. Furthermore, the GMMMSR provides expertise in experimental design, vector construction, and mouse colony management, ensuring researchers have access to state-of-the-art resources for studying gene function and disease mechanisms.

OPTIC offers researchers access to a broad range of in vivo imaging technologies, including optical, ultrasound, micro-CT, and high-field MRI. OPTIC specializes in generating patient-derived xenograft models across various organ sites, employing orthotopic implantation techniques to create disease-relevant tumor microenvironments. It offers expertise in molecular imaging technologies and supports researchers throughout the lifespan of in vivo studies, from planning and execution to analysis.
