Wealth Management Speaker Series: What Advisors and Clients are Actually Talking About

The fast rise of AI Notetakers has many implications, including opening up a whole new avenue for primary research. We can now glean fact-based insights from tens of thousands of anonymized advisor-client conversations and learn from them.

Join us for our next Speaker Series event, which will focus on a first wave of actionable insights gathered by analyzing actual advisor-client conversations. In a talk moderated by Philipp Hecker (CEO of Bento Engine), Liam Hanlon, Head of Insights at leading AI platform Jump, will share powerful perspectives on:

  • the topics that actually get covered by advisors and their clients during meetings
  • who tends to bring up which topic, and how long those conversations last
  • the impact of those topics on client sentiment

Liam Hanlon heads up the research function at fast-growing AI platform Jump. Previously, he spent many years at EY, leading its AI & Experimentation practice for Financial Services.

The Wealth Management Speaker Series is brought to you by Columbia’s Wealth Management master’s program.
