Join us for our next Speaker Series event, which will focus on a first wave of actionable insights gathered by analyzing actual advisor-client conversations. In a talk moderated by Philipp Hecker (CEO of Bento Engine), Liam Hanlon, Head of Insights at leading AI platform Jump, will share powerful perspectives on:
- the topics that actually get covered by advisors and their clients during meetings
- who tends to bring up which topic, and how long those conversations last
- the impact of those topics on client sentiment
Liam Hanlon heads up the research function at fast-growing AI platform Jump. Previously, he spent many years at EY, leading its AI & Experimentation practice for Financial Services.
